James Webb

Bib Sheet

Sydney, Australia
Age: 35
Weight:

James Webb is the first Australian to eat competitively at Coney Island. When the history of Australia is written, and it will be written, save a chapter or two for the fit, driven young man from Baulkham Hills, located in the leafy surrounds of Sydney's north-west. Sure, Edmund Barton was the Commonwealth's first prime minister but find me a third-grader at Baulkham Hills Primary School who knows that. Kids in Australia are talking Webb. It's Webb, Webb, Webb. And rightly so—41.5 Nathan's Famous hot dogs and buns in 10 minutes in his HDB debut at the Pleasanton, CA, qualifier. He is a credit to his country and is, as of this time of writing, the undisputed Champion of the Southern Hemisphere, which is half the planet. He has also eaten pizza and sweet corn in sanctioned competition, and downed 59.5 Glazed Donuts in 8 Minutes to win the Salvation Army World Donut Day event in San Diego, distunguishing himself in these disciplines, too.
