Allen Goldstein

Allen Goldstein still remains a strong force on the circuit. In 2007 he competed in the major television events on the circuit: Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest, Spike TV's MLE Chowdown, and the Krystal Square Off World Hamburger Eating Championship. While many assume that he can not keep up with the new generation of gurgitator, others say that the talent is undeniable. His unusually sharp incisors prompted associates to call him "Shredder," and indeed, he rips meat and tough foods better than most. As the former bologna champion, and the former matzo ball champion, he is tormented with the desire to reclaim his former glory.
