To Pueblo, CO! We ride! For the 4th Annual World Slopper Eating Championship is upon us. Major League Eaters are warmly encouraged to sign up for the chance to compete in this magnificent, delicious event.
When in Pueblo, CO, the slopper is not to be missed. This local delicacy features an open-faced cheeseburger lovingly smothered—slopped, more accurately—in delicious Pueblo green chili. They are delicious and best enjoyed at a recreational pace and in appropriate civilian quantities. All will agree that the slopper pairs well with any moderately priced domestic lager, for those of age. A Bud Light, maybe. Sure, a Bud Light.
