CHESTNUT SMASHES WORLD PORK ROLL-EATING RECORD!
There is no city like Trenton, NJ. There is no food like the mighty Case’s Pork Roll Sandwich. And there is no baseball team like the mighty Trenton Thunder. All of which means that Major League Eating’s return to the Garden State capital for the 2019 installment of River Fest Featuring The Trenton Thunder World Famous Case's Pork Roll Eating Championship is good news indeed. Major League Eaters from near and far are warmly encouraged to sign up for the chance to compete.
At last year’s event, Geoffrey Esper ate 50 four-ounce Case’s Pork Roll sandwiches in 10 minutes to set a new world record in the discipline, smashing the previous mark by seven Pork Roll sandwiches. It was a performance that will stand the test of time. Those who saw it said, “I’ve never seen anything like that.” But they had because they did.
Do you have what it takes to challenge the reigning champion Esper? Do you think you can best his mark of 50 four-ounce Case’s Pork Roll sandwiches in 10? Do you simply want to bask in the early fall Trentonian light and watch the best in the world do what they do so well? This is River Fest Featuring The Trenton Thunder World Famous Case's Pork Roll Eating Championship! At the table or in the crowd—don't you ever miss it!
