River Fest returns—and with it comes one of the most beloved traditions in competitive eating: the Trenton Thunder World Famous Case's Pork Roll Eating Championship, taking over Trenton Thunder Ballpark on Saturday, September 12th, 2026! Grab a seat, bring your appetite, and get ready for a New Jersey showdown packed with flavor, history, and high-stakes competition.

The last two years have seen Geoff Esper just narrowly fending off James Webb in MLE's version of a photo finish. Now the 5 time defending champ, Geoff looms over the field like a towering stack of pork roll perfection. Can anyone challenge him? Can anyone dethrone him? As the world's top eaters prepare to descend on Trenton, the stage is set for another unforgettable battle where every bite could make history.
