On Saturday, July 11th at 5:30 PM, the heat gets turned all the way up when the 2026 Saugus Wing Eating Championship makes a sizzling debut in The Secret Garden at The Brook Casino. The Secret Garden, considered by some to be New England's premier outdoor live music and special event venue, is a secret no more!

The Wings That Started the Fire
At the center of this showdown are the unmistakable Saugus Wings from Kowloon Restaurant. They are a crispy, glistening, flavor-packed legend that have built a cult following across New England. These aren’t any normal wings; they’re perfectly fried, beautifully sauced bites of savory, garlicky goodness designed for maximum flavor and maximum competitive drama. For 10 adrenaline-filled minutes, elite eaters will tear through piles of Kowloon’s famous wings, chasing a share of the $5,000 prize purse and the bragging rights that come with conquering a brand-new category in the sport.

A Record Waiting to Be Written
This year marks the inaugural Saugus Wing Eating Championship, meaning the history books are wide open. Competitive eating has seen incredible wing performances over the years, but no one has ever set a world record with Saugus wings—until now. On July 11th, the first champion will carve their name into the sport forever. The question is simple: who will be the first to claim the crown?
