On Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at 1:45PM, the legendary The Great American Beer Hall in Medford, MA transforms into a sugar-fueled battleground. For ten glorious minutes, competitors will go bite-for-bite with the fluffy, golden, glaze-dripping brilliance of Mass Hole Donuts. We’re talking pillowy interiors, perfectly fried edges, and icing that hangs on like a runner chasing a PR down Boylston. This is an epic test of will and appetite where one champion will rise, but every finisher leaves with bragging rights.

And while the Mass Hole Marathon has thrilled fans before, 2026 marks the first year it joins forces with Major League Eating, which means the top-ranked eaters on the planet are officially stepping up to the start line. The stakes just skyrocketed. With eight minutes on the clock and a $3,000 prize purse on the table, this hometown favorite is leveling up in a big way. When the elite of the sport collide with Boston Marathon Weekend energy, expect massive numbers, fearless performances, and a brand-new world record set under the bright lights.
