After the epic return in 2024, Smoke-A-Palooza is back again to promote the power of poutine's promise to provide a platform for people's pleasure.

Front and center will be the iconic Smoke’s Poutinerie Poutine—piping hot piles of golden fries, topped with squeaky-fresh cheese curds and blanketed in rich, savory gravy. Competitors will have just 10 minutes to shovel down as much poutine as humanly possible. This is not a snack—it’s a full-on starch-soaked sprint to the finish!

Since its unforgettable 2019 showdown, where a jaw-dropping 28 pounds of poutine were devoured, fans have waited with bated breath for this event’s triumphant return. In 2024, the hunger was real—but in 2025, the stakes are higher, the appetites are fiercer, and the record is ripe for the taking. Could this be the year a new poutine king (or queen) rises?
