Patrick Bertoletti downed 38 Mars Bars in five minutes to win the Red Faction Mars Bar Eating Championship at Comic Con in San Diego. The event pitted fourth ranked Bertoletti against Joey Chestnut the number one eater in the world and Eater X the world's sixth best eater.

Chestnut place second with 20 Mars Bars in five minutes and X finished 3rd with 10. Eater X's low number stunned fans who know the tiramisu eating champ to be a sweet tooth. After the event, X admitted that he lacked the dental toughness to compete.
