First-Ever Cross-Species, Cross-Gender Eating Contest

The first-ever cross-gender, cross-species eating contest will take place when three female Ringling Bros. elephants weighing nearly 9,000 pounds will square off against three male Major League Eaters featuring Nathan’s hot dog buns. Representing the humans will be Badlands Booker, Pete "Pretty Boy" Davekos and Crazy Legs Conti. The action will get under way on Friday, July 2 at 11:30 am at Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® presents THE CONEY ISLAND ILLUSCINATION located at Surf Avenue & 21st Street, Coney Island, Brooklyn

Ringling Bros. will be a part of the Nathan's Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest Celebration when they perform three of their dazzling acts during the stage show that will take place prior to the eating contest from 10:30am - 12:00pm.
