Brady, Big Ben, Joey Chestnut. Three men you could bank on for the past number of... well... the past decade. Yet, today, December 6th, 2009, all three lost at events that should have been routine wins.

Oakland beat Pittsburgh, NE let it slip in Miami, and Ben Monson, yes Ben Monson, beat Joey Chestnut in an eight minute flauta contest in La Jolla. In fact, Monson beat him by a margin of 9 flautas. MLE fans know never to sleep on Joey - ever, the man's a legend - but if Favre falls tonight, it's flautas for thought.
