Billy Sims BBQ Rib-Eating Championship to be held at OU 10/31

On Saturday, October 31st, Billy Sims BBQ will host its first-ever Rib-Eating Championship prior to the University of Oklahoma-Kansas State Football game in Norman, OK. The field will feature both professionals and amateurs each vying for the top spots i their respective divisions.

$750 will go to the top professional while the top amateur finisher will receive $350. The second place pro ($150) and amateur ($100) will also cash. The third place pro and amateur finishers will receive a $50 gift card to Billy Sims BBQ Restaurants.

Major League Eating will be signing up the professional eaters only online at IFOCE.com. Registration will open on Friday, October 2nd at 12:00pm EST.
