Shoudt Takes Ash Creek

In a stunning upset, Bob Shoudt took the title of Ash Creek Saloon World Rib Eating Champion today, besting Joey Chestnut at his own game. Chestnut has only once before been beaten in the rib discipline. Today Shoudt ate 6 pounds 8 ounces to Chestnut's 6 pounds 6 ounces. Eater X was a close third and the lovely Juliet Lee placed fourth.
