Ribs will be the focus as top eaters gather in the shadow of Great Smokey Mountains National Park for the Harrah’s Rib-Eating Contest. A total of $5,000 will be on the line in the July 7 event in Cherokee, NC.
Ribs are considered extremely difficult to eat in competition and strong teeth are required. All eaters must be at least 21 to enter this contest and those with dentures, full or partial, are urged to closely consider the implications of participation.
“Harrah’s Cherokee is excited to offer our guests and patrons this unique form of sports entertainment,” said Leeann Bridges-McHattie, VP of Marketing for Harrah’s Cherokee Casino.
