Top Competitive Eaters to Phoenix, Birmingham

Number-three ranked eater Joey Chestnut is on his way to Phoenix to compete in the GoldenPalace.net grilled cheese-eating qualifier this Saturday, where $1,750 in prize money will be on the line.

Meanwhile, a slew of eaters are heading to Birmingham for the Sunday afternoon Krystal Square Off -- among them Larry McNeil, Loren Yarbrough, Cade Hardin and Bill Pendleton, who won Birmingham last year with 26 Krystals in eight minutes.

Jed Donahue, Rich LeFevre and Randy Harrison will be eating beans at 84 Lumber in Chandler, AZ, for a shot at $2,000 in prizes on Tuesday.
