Competitive Eating Giant to Represent India at Nathan's 2007 Contest

P. Theyagarjan, the eating champion of India, will attend the Nathan's Famous Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island in New York City.

The Indian eater stands out in two ways. One, he is the chicken tiki masala-eating champion of the world and the hot dog-eating champion of India. Two, he is 7'8" tall, the tallest competitive eater in the world.

"America welcomes this eater, a man who will act as an ambassador for the second largest nation in the world and the largest English-speaking nation in the world," said IFOCE Chair George Shea. "This will be a landmark day in international relations -- however, we anticiapte a leg-room problem on the Bus of Champions."
