We feel confident that we have found some pristine natural talent among them. The GoldenPalace.net Intercollegiate Eating Championship was open only to college students and will go down in history as one of the defining moments of scholastic competitive eating.
Eric Broe, a rookie eater and Seminole football player blew everyone away with his innate abilities. He took 1st place with the students and 3rd place the next day against the professionals. We will certainly see more from Eric in the future.
